RETURNS
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Martlia we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item sent back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by Martlia when returning items. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Our return instructions are included on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery, making it hassle-free to send items back. Make sure you mail your returns within 30 days of receipt.
Lost your returns sheet? Don’t worry! Email us at service@martlia.com and we’ll assist you.
When filling out the sheet, indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
- Card refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank’s processing time. Please check with your bank if needed.
- Store credit refunds will be issued as a code via email, available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.
Martlia is not responsible for lost parcels while being returned.
EXCHANGES
If the fit isn’t right, we accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels, returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus delivery time to your area.
- Shipping costs are not covered by Martlia for returns.
Follow the return instructions on the returns sheet included with your delivery. Make sure to mail your returns within 28 days and indicate which item you would like as a replacement.

- You may exchange your item for any size or item (if in stock). Martlia allows up to 2 exchanges per item.
- If the replacement costs more, a gift card will be required to cover the difference. Contact service@martlia.com after purchase.
- If the replacement costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may return the original item and purchase the new item separately.
LATE RETURNS
Returns beyond 30 days from receipt cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and request a tracking number for your return.
OUR POLICY
We take pride in our Martlia items. Returned items should be new, unused, and with all security tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back.
If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or soiled, please contact service@martlia.com before sending it back.
