DELIVERY SERVICE

All international deliveries are handled by 4PX, UPS, and FedEx.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure that you or someone you know is present at the home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you may collect the parcel from the depot.

For both free and paid deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when shipping to your destination. At Martlia, we do our best to deliver within the stated time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Please do not refuse a delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund will be issued minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

We aim to get deliveries to you on time, but international shipments can sometimes take longer than expected.
